Return and Refund Policy
At Label Boho, we handcraft boho-style jewelry and accessories — including necklaces, hasli necklaces, earrings, hair strings, hair bands, hair parandi, hair broaches, and hand accessories. We want you to love what you order, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. Customized or made-to-order pieces (including personalized necklaces or hasli sets) are also non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered — whether it's a necklace, hair accessory, or hand piece — please contact us within 48 hours of delivery along with photos or a video of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at labelboho21@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 9106790196 with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will share the return address and pickup instructions. Please do not send the product back without confirmation from our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, or manufacturing defect), we will bear the return shipping cost. If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Exchanges
We're happy to offer an exchange for a different size, color, or design of equal value — whether it's a necklace, hair accessory, or hand piece — subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the same process as a return.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our standard return process instead.
